SUCCESS STORIES: KCKPS SCHOOLS
ACHIEVE IMPROVEMENT GOAL
Four KCKPS elementary schools—Emerson, Frank Rushton, John
Fiske, and T.A. Edison—have been recognized for excep琀椀onal student
achievement and overcoming signi昀椀cant challenges within their school
popula琀椀ons. Based on Kansas assessment results, chronic absenteeism
rates, and socio-economic factors, these awards highlight outstanding
accomplishments in math and reading.
