Our music programs con琀椀nue to set high standards, with four of our

Our middle school and high school theatre students had a unique
learning experience at the theatre fes琀椀val hosted by KCKCC. This
fes琀椀val, designed primarily for our students, provided them with the
opportunity to workshop their plays with theatre educators from the
college, enhancing their theatrical skills and knowledge.
Family Night at the Nelson took place in April. Local school districts
were all invited to par琀椀cipate. KCK once again had the largest
a琀琀endance of any district. We had 1400 students and families sign
up for the event. We took over 30 buses to the Nelson that night and
allowed our families to engage in art with their children.

Our elementary orchestra students par琀椀cipated in the elementary
music fes琀椀val, which was divided into two nights. Over 400 student
performers performed each night, showing that our programs at the

This year, approximately 1600 5th-grade students par琀椀cipated in Are
You Faster Than A 5th Grader. The top 15 boys and top 15 girls were
given breakfast at the main 昀椀rehouse, followed by a tour of the 昀椀re

is Dr. Stubble昀椀eld’s hope that this will become a new tradi琀椀on that is
